Weak hairdryers, spacious rooms, amazing location

The hairdryers don't function properly. But the room was really spacious and the area offered a lot to enjoy.

Convenient setting, I had really lovely time.

The rooms of the hotel were large in the upper floors.

I had a lovely stay. The hotel was excellent and the staff nice, excellent location near mall. Location: the property was close to shopping centres and restaurents, a large department store, and the city centre. It was relatively close to Red Station Wings, serving fast food. Booked a room in the upper floors. Exceptional service was provided here.

The large room I stayed in was well-furnished, with a particularly comfortable bed that allowed for great rest during my trip.

The breakfast options were disappointing. I found the coffee to be lackluster and the molletes did not meet my expectations compared to other places I've eaten in Mexico.

Attended a concert. Staff were helpful.

Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere

Warm, cute environment, with the large sunny sitting area perfect for unwinding. Delicious breakfast highlights. Starbucks right across the street added charm to my stay.

The room delivered comfort and was well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. The cleaning staff's efficiency stood out. The gym equipment is outdated, with the treadmill shutting down every couple of minutes, which needs attention. Although the location is convenient with nearby dining options, there wasn't much in the immediate neighborhood. I appreciated the hospitality, but some improvements are necessary in facilities.

The hotel was perfect for our family, especially with a young baby. The staff was cute. We loved being close to local eateries and stores within walking distance.

My wife says that the gym equipment needs upgrading.

The location was super convenient, close to dining options and stores. We loved being able to walk to the historic center and check out an event at Hidalgo Stadium. The staff were friendly and really helpful too!

One downside was the gym equipment. The treadmill shut off frequently, pretty annoying during workouts. An update would definitely improve things.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff stood out with their kindness and helpfulness, especially regarding my transportation needs. I enjoyed the fantastic city view from my room.

La joya is a lovely hotel, just a 20-minute stroll from the historic center. The beautiful king room was spacious and very comfortable. The personnel were attentive and friendly.

My stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the shower was amazing, but it could have used more warmth since it was a bit chilly. I’d definitely stay here again.
